Creativity requires space. The fine art studio serves as a workshop space for the community. Drawing on his experience as a concept designer for Walt Disney Imagineering, Lou Gagnon has created a studio dedicated to nurturing imagination and creativity.
The fine art studio is open for private and semi-private instruction. Participants are encouraged to start with the Foundation Workshop to establish a strong fundamental understanding of visual communication. Lou also offers custom workshops developed for individuals, small groups and corporations specific interests and goals.
Lou Gagnon has taught art and design at every academic and corporate level. In addition to being a professional painter, Lou has practiced Architecture, Urban Planning & Entertainment Design. He has received regional, national and international awards for design and fine art.
The art studio is located in a mid-century dairy barn steps away from our cut flower gardens and surrounded by 100 acres of forest, pasture and cropland.
